Website Build & Managed Service Agreement

This agreement explains the website-build and managed website services provided by Millennium Innovation. The exact price and plan scope shown at checkout or confirmed in writing apply to that client.

What is included

The standard $149 one-time build fee reserves production and covers the approved standard website build, mobile setup, initial business-information setup, and launch preparation. While a monthly or annual managed plan is active, plan-specific hosting, security updates, content maintenance, lead delivery, and client-workspace access are included as confirmed in writing.

Service boundaries

Third-party fees such as domain registration, paid advertising, premium media, SMS, external software, or unusually large storage and usage are included only when the approved offer says so. Major redesigns, new commerce systems, or custom integrations may require a separate written quote. Availability of third-party services is subject to their terms and outages.

Client responsibilities

The client confirms that submitted business details, logos, images, offers, and other materials are accurate and that the client has permission to use them. The client must promptly report inaccurate or unlawful content.

Publishing and revisions

Previews are concepts until approved. Millennium Innovation performs requested final changes and publishes only after the launch checklist and required payment are confirmed. Client edits and submitted changes are reviewed before becoming public.

Billing

The standard build fee is charged once and managed service renews monthly or annually through Stripe at the approved price. Annual pricing and any promotional savings are shown before payment. Failed or overdue payments may pause editing, lead delivery, or the public website after reasonable notice.

Ownership and portability

The client retains ownership of materials supplied by the client and any client-owned domain. Millennium Innovation retains its reusable platform, design systems, and software. On request after all balances are paid, we will provide a reasonable export of client-supplied content and assist with transferring a client-owned domain. The hosted platform and reusable source system are not transferred unless separately agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

The website may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, age-inappropriate, or harmful activity. The client is responsible for licenses and regulated-product compliance. AI-assisted features are subject to fair-use, safety, and spending limits.
